For as long as she can remember, Cadence May has loved gymnastics. Starting at just one year old, the sport has been her passion and her way of expressing creativity, strength, and determination. Over the years, she has grown into a skilled and dedicated Level 8 gymnast, competing in high-level events and making it to regionals from 2021 to 2023.

Cadence's love for gymnastics goes beyond competition—she enjoys the challenge of learning new skills, the thrill of performing, and the discipline that comes with training. Whether perfecting a routine for a meet or working as an acrobat at Pirates Voyage, Cadence puts her heart into every movement. Her passion also extends to choreography, where she offers personalized floor routines to help other gymnasts shine and perform with confidence.

Now, Cadence is focused on taking her skills to the next level by pursuing acro and tumbling at the collegiate level. For her, gymnastics isn’t just a sport—it’s a way of life, and every routine is an opportunity to grow, inspire, and do what she loves most.
